CEC DLFF Scholars gathered in the Center for Student Leadership on Tuesday, February 15 for a Valentine’s bingo event. They enjoyed hot chocolate, powdered donuts, and cookies as a group. This event was a wonderful way for our scholars to get to know each other and make new friends. DLFF is proud to offer the opportunity for students to gather in a safe, welcoming environment.
Thank you to our Scholar Leadership Council member Brianna McFadden for emceeing the bingo game. Brianna took initiative and led the DLFF Valentine’s Day Bingo. We were impressed by her problem solving skills when the game resulted in a double tie breaker.
“My favorite part about being a DLFF Scholar is meeting new people, helping out my community, and being on the SLC (Scholar Leadership Council),” said McFadden.
Congrats also to our four bingo winners and to Laura Moyer for guessing closest to the amount of Skittles in the jar!
